Health

"Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.“ — This definition of health from the World Health Organization is pragmatic, and already outlines the way to achieving health by naming its three pillars:

−    Physical health — This includes, among others, the genetic factors and how they are dealt with, maintainance through adequate exercise, appropriate nutrition and care, and the right amount of rest.
−    Mental health — This includes the ability to acquire skills and knowledge beyond the disposition.
−    Social health — because the requirements for good mental health are based on communication (meaning that they call for cooperation as well as the freedom to develop freely within it), a healthy social environment is of central importance.

The CAMPOVIDA-concept's goal is to define the characteristics of an environment which enables interactively coordinated positive influences in all areas simultaneously. The CAMPOVIDA-concept defines methods for sustainable maintainance and free development of these environments.
