The local and independent Enterprise, developed and operating, as well as evolving, based on the CAMPOVIDA-concept. This is the "Skilled Environment" itself. It provides the services of the CAMPOVIDA-partners to their clients - members as well as guests. A skilled environment is funded by the investments of initiators.
